Reservation
Policy
To be assured of your choice of lodging, please phone to make advance reservations. If there is no answer, please understand the office is busy with another inquiry, and we shall return your call. It is best to phone between 8 am & 10 pm. On-line reservations will be offered soon!
Deposit Procedure
A deposit is needed to confirm a reservation.
Cancellation
Policy
Advance reservation contracts are firm. If you must cancel your reservation, 50% of your deposit will be refunded if you notify us at least seven days in advance. If you prefer, your FULL deposit can be reapplied to another reservation within six months. If seven days notice is not given, there will be NO REFUND & NO REAPPLICATION. Two contract changes are permitted at no charge; each additional revision requires a $15 fee.
Payment
We ask for the balance due upon arrival. (Please, no personal checks.) All major credit cards are accepted. There is a charge for lost keys. Front Desk service is offered from 7 am until 11 pm.
Extra Guests
Charges are $19 per person per night.
Check-In/Out
Check-in time is approximately 4:00 pm & check-out is 11:00 am. You are welcome to enjoy the resort facilities for the rest of the day and to use the dressing rooms for changing prior to your drive home.
Pets
To protect our condominiums, pets are not allowed. (We appologize to guests whose pets are part of their families!)
