Peak Season is defined as summer (the third full week in June through the last full week in August), winter weekends (Friday & Saturday in January & February), and holiday weekends (Martin Luther King Day, Presidents' Day, Memorial Day, Labor Day, Autumn Glory & Christmas-New Year Week). We ask for a 3-night minimum stay in summer and on holidays. |
Following are rates for all times except those defined as "Peak," specified in the schedule on the middle panel, or "Value Season," on the right panel. Weekend is defined as Friday and/or Saturday night, and week day as Sunday through Thursday night. Two-night minimums apply when either a Friday or Saturday is involved. |

RENTAL PRICES LISTED ARE PER UNIT
for the number of adults specified, and are subject to 5%
state and 5% county tax. The first rate printed is the minimum
charge per unit and occupancy cannot exceed the maximum listed.
Please ask about discounts for children under 12. Weekly rates
reflect one night free. Please review carefully our deposit and cancellation procedures. |
